Finalise multiple referrals
- You can finalise multiple items at once by use of the "Finalise Valid" or "Finalise All" buttons. These both finalise the collected results of a search; however, the "Finalise All" does not concern itself with whether the contents of the search are valid or not - good for rapidly "clearing the list", but may reduce the integrity of the data if not used with caution. These buttons only appear after completing a search.
